AEPs treat a diverse range of conditions for which there is scientific evidence of the benefits of exercise, including cardiovascular (heart) conditions, metabolic conditions neurological conditions, cancers, respiratory / pulmonary conditions, age-related conditions, weight management, mental health conditions, and musculoskeletal conditions and injuries.

Cardiovascular (heart) or respiratory conditions

AEPs treat cardiovascular (heart) conditions such as high blood pressure, coronary artery disease, heart failure. AEPs can also treat cardiac rehabilitation following surgery as well as respiratory / pulmonary conditions.

Metabolic conditions and weight management

AEPs treat metabolic conditions such as diabetes and metabolic associated fatty liver disease. AEPs also treat weight management issues.

Neurological conditions

AEPs treat neurological conditions such as multiple sclerosis, parkinson’s disease, stroke, cerebral palsy, spinal cord injuries

Cancers or mental health conditions

AEPs can provide treatment before surgery as well as during and after treatment. AEPs also treat depression, anxiety and PTSD conditions.

Age-related conditions and musculoskeletal conditions and injuries

AEPs can provide treatment for age-related conditions, such as muscle loss as well as preventative issues such as falls prevention. AEPs also treat musculoskeletal conditions and injuries such as lower back pain, osteoporosis and osteoarthritis.
